Set beside the picturesque river Avon. Both Lakes, one of three acres and one of five acres, have an abundance of insect life, excellent may fly Hatches, sedge and olive. Both Lakes are spring water fed, gin clear and are daily stocked with brown and rainbow trout from 2 lbs up to double figures. The three acre lake is dry fly and nymph. Floating line only for the really expert fisherman. To compliment the lakes there is just under one mile of the Upper Avon chalk stream. This is stocked with Brown Trout only, the majority of which are the original Avon Browns. There is also a good head of grayling.
