One of the foremost fisheries in the Eastern Counties. With 4 lakes we offer a variety of still water fly-fishing unequalled by most of our rivals. Our waters vary in size from one acre to sixteen acres with average depth from 6-10 feet and stock sizes from 1- 4 ? lbs plus. Specimen fish are regularly taken from the waters and the fishery records for Rainbow and Brown trout stand at 19lb 12 oz and 14lb 11oz respectively.

- Home and Rook Hall waters: 2.5lb average with a range from 1.75lb to 10lbs+. Priory Pool: double limit with 1.25lb average. Bean Mere: big fish water 3.5lb minimum and 6.5lb average.
