Pontarfynach (Devil's Bridge), Ceredigion, SY23 3JL
Venue Details

The Association has rights on 16 miles on both banks of the Rheidol from the sea to Devil?s Bridge. The river enjoys an international reputation as one of Wales? premier salmon and sea trout fisheries with double-figure specimens of both species being caught on a regular basis. In Wales you will often find sea trout referred to as sewin. The river is relatively small, mostly less than 30 metres wide. There are around 30 named and identifiable pools, from the aptly-named ?Quarry? Pool to the delightfully named ?Troedrhiwlas? Pool.
