A man-made 24 acre lake surrounded by parkland and 1 mile of the River Aire.
The fly fishing on the lake is excellent and it is an ideal location for beginners and more experienced anglers alike.
Our one mile length of the River Aire provides the river fly fisher with the opportunity for some challenging fly fishing for its wild Brown Trout, some of which are in excess of 2lbs. The River Aire has excellent hatches of fly and offers good sport to dry fly and nymph tactics.
