Caistron Lake is a mature, picturesque 50 acre lake, spring fed with crystal clear water. It is well stocked with rainbow trout, blue trout and also contains a large head of wild brown trout, creating a unique and memorable fishing experience. We welcome all anglers, from novices to experts, and know you?ll enjoy fishing in this well stocked, scenic lake.

Fishing also on 2 miles of the River Coquet where you have the opportunity to catch salmon, sea trout and wild brown trout (in season).

Lake: Rainbow trout fishing - available all year subject to winter conditions
River: Salmon/Sea Trout 1st February - 31st October (Salmon - catch and release only before June 16th) Brown trout 22nd March - 30th September

Lake re-stocked on a weekly basis and has a large stock of resident, over-wintered rainbow and brown trout of superb quality

4hr and 8hr tickets - both kill and C&R
